Eric L. Howes, aka Spyware Warrior, has created what may be the largest database of bad domains in existence. It's called AGNIS, and contains over 12000 domains at last count. A subset of those domains have been translated into Outfoxed informer pages which you can get reports from: Crapware Domains and Dialers.
